I really love the symbolism of the Signature Medallion necklace and purchased it as a birthday gift for myself, along with two other Awe necklaces. The quality is beautiful and I have favorited many other pieces, but my experience as a first-time customer makes me wary to return. None of the necklaces I received came in a mirror box, which was a little disappointing considering the amount of money I spent and unwrapping experience touted by the company. I returned one of the goddess pendants due to a noticeable defect in the casting that I was told affected all of the pendants. The Signature Medallion chain that I initially received was shorter than advertised so I requested an exchange. I confirmed that the new necklace would arrive in a mirror box and that my address would be updated (due to a move out of state). More than a month later, I received the correct Signature Medallion necklace + chain — it had been forwarded from my old address and there was no mirror box.
